   You tell us who is coming

   You tell us if you're travelling with family or friends, how many are in your group, roughly when you plan to go, and what you would like to do.

   We propose, then we quote

   We propose an itinerary. We work through it with you to make sure it covers exactly what you would like to do and how you would like to do it. We ensure there are no 'hardship days' such as flights that depart too early, travel days that are too long, tee times that are too early or too late. Then we give you an unbeatable quote.

3. 03

   Provisional bookings are made for your itinerary

   We check availability for your itinerary, hold the bookings provisionally.

4. 04

   We invoice, then confirm

   We send invoices to the people in your group responsible for paying. When we receive all the deposits we confirm the bookings.
